doelion: I think geekmod should be left as it is.. but, I think that each game should have a volunteer 'guardian'. It would be the guardians' job to keep their game entry at its best. That would include deleting unnecessary and crappy pics.
Woelf: It would be nice if people wouldn't be allowed to submit individual pictures of every single card from a game (like Agricola). It's a pain in the ass to have to weed through hundreds of individual card pictures (sometimes in multiple languages!) to find a picture of the actual game. Putting half a dozen or more of those cards in a single image is far more useful; doing them all individually is just lame GeekGold whoring.

I don't know how the approval process is, but maybe it’s good to have frame, on one side the new picture to be approved and on the other a thumbnail pictures of the all the existing pictures. For whatever it’s worth, that’s my answer about a thing I know nothing about.
CortexBomb: Perhaps, but I think the reality is that the admins don't have enough time to go over entries with a fine toothed comb, so until Aldie & Derk decide to let more people into the approval business we'll have to deal with the at-times sketchy quality
louiseh: The rating system, much as I spurn it, does a good job of ordering stuff. So provided there's no server space problems the current system seems OK.
CDRodeffer: The more pictures the better, in my opinion. Let the ratings take care of the frequency of appearance.
ynnen: Who is to judge art? There is already a submission process. Is a bad picture of a new angle/view better or worse than a picture that is well composed but offers nothing new? Or the 20th review of a game?
