thoia: Yes. I'm a huge H2G2 fan. I enjoyed the movie greatly. I had fun. I know a lot of things are missing but it was fun. The only real downside is so much of the movie was "inside" jokes that this movie won't make many people who are NOT fans of the story fans.

ejmowrer: Two things. It was ok, if you go into it expecting a horrible disaster. And, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that you can't really bring the book to the big screen. It's meant to be read, not seen.
