¿Question #115?
ynnen: What game is in desperate need of a new edition to improve the gameplay/components?

ocdspectrum: Obvious choice for improving looks is Castles of Burgundy and by the looks of it the reprint has screwed it up again.
oldhoss: Castles of Burgundy.
Ultimario: Speed Circuit, but mostly because it's harder to get than unobtainium.
weed131: Junta
resin: Down with the King
bcooperok: Chess
TunaSled: Monopoly should be completely revised, or nuked off the planet.
Voxen: It's been recommended, but I haven't played Titan--partly because it looks so old.
Tushratta: Parcheesi
MamaRat: Augsburg 1520--needs to be totally rethemed, it could play well if it weren't as dry as dirt.
Hendal: Battleball
capt yid: Puerto Rico, Clash, Upfront.
PlayMe1: Through the Desert. The ugliest gameboard ever.
gantrell: arkham horror (FF version)
Keonyn: Wizard's Quest, great old game but could use a new, updated release.
Benzebub: Monopoly. (I kid.)
aleo09: don't know
DHEK: I don't know of any (old) game that is deserving of such treatment.
biggdork: WizWar
sotc77: the omega virus........um yeah
bwayjace: Betrayal at House on the Hill
aramis: A Civ
Helenoftroy: hera and zeus
JonBen: Dungeonville
Frankenfletch: Heroquest (I just want it to be in print again!)
brainrob: Outpost
Chris Page: Fast Food Franchise
TheDS: Napoleon in Europe. Maybe Railroad Tycoon 2 or Mastor of Orion 2, especially after the disasterous version 3s they got. Each really only needs bug fixes and interface tweaks and a few minor adjustments.
kevinwho: Search for the Emperor's Treasure -- let's go back to the original rules, and make some real pieces. Same artwork, though.
Platinum Dragon: I'd have said TI, but that just happened so Civ maybe?
POvidiusNaso: Family Feud could use some newer questions.
ssmooth: A Siesta with the proper rules would be nice.
dietevil: Mordred
Steve Leach: Modern Art
Domokun: Of the games I own, Blood Royale
xlorp: Anything Steve Jackson has released lately
GrandpaDave: Checkers
Legend Dan: Betrayer of the house on the hill.
divisionbyzorro: Warcraft: The Boardgame
sourwyrm: junta
rdmasters: Actually, I can think of one that needs an *old* edition to improve it. I want my classic 9-expansion Cosmic Encounter, damnit!
Snappatoon: Monopoly
Belash: Modern Art
davedanger: Puerto reeko
The Unbeliever: 42
heli: heh heh you used desperate and board game in the same sentence
meshuggener: Circus Maximus
scriptorum: Duel of Ages, those boards warp easily, and some molded character pieces would be nice.
mandj2001: Paper, Rock, Sicissors
Sceadeau: Diplomacy...needs more dice.
Lord_Prussian: Pick an Eagles Game
Tim Synge: Monopoly.
Scott Tepper: Cannes
ginn5j: Dune - better bits'd be nice
Malacoda: Gammarauders, Ogre.
HaoleBoy: Betrayal at House on the Hill
fellonmyhead: Oltremare I suppose, then Tahuantinsuyu (that mapboard just won't lie flat!!).
Dave: I'm eager for Hasbro/Avalon Hill to update Dinosaurs of the Lost World!
AlorielLelyn: Any computerized version of Settlers of Catan... I am yet to see a trade system that works well.
kennyb: Junta
netfilterz: AH Cosmic Encounter... needs expansions because as it is now, it's just plain boring...
buergerberatung: dune
sos1: Middle Passage (and its siblings)
yossarians: cults across america
DangerMouse: Junta - there's a great game in there but it needs a major bits overhaul and serious streamlining to game play.
chaddyboy_2000: Can't think of anything off hand.
darthcliff: Chess
sdownin: Castle of Magic. Spruce up the board artwork and the cards, and you'll have a game people actually WANT to play.
Ryno8: Cosmic Encounter... we need flares
kuhrusty: Wiz War. But NOT to improve the components--I want those left cheap & crappy! It's just that we're running out of room on some of the cards to pencil in the results of our rules arguments.
Vince Londini: Chronology - needs a sequel
raolsson: Nuclear Proliferation
geberus: most GMT games
jaredh: Ave Caesar.
hibikir: Castle of Magic... there's a great game hidden behind bad components an too many die rolls
HappyProle: Diplomacy. Some of the old versions were great; the current Avalon Hill/Hasbro components suck ass.
Shakar: AH-Titan.
snoozefest: monopoly
manowarplayer: Wiz War
Blackwind: Anything by University Games.
toucana: i dunno?
Gelatinous Goo: Modern Art
Nomadik: Warhammer Quest or Space Hulk
CheetohFingers: dune
tragicpoet: Monopoly! Just Kidding, maybe blokus.
Lardarse: Can't Stop
Skyjack: Anything by Steve Jackson on both counts.
CDRodeffer: Phalanx
shotokanguy: Demonlord
shumyum: Awful Green Things from Outer Space.
Jim_P: Most wargames that use cardboard chits as pieces
rochs77: Settlers of Catan Treasure Chest. The flimsy components and ridiculously low price is insulting to us billionaires.
AnakinOU: Monopoly. New edition, revamped mechanics, so it's actually a better game.
BaSL: monopoly
PopeBrain: RoadKill
skelebone: M:TG with a technology theme instead of the fantasy one.
gnomehome: Hard choice
Dante_Cubit: I was gonna say Checkers, but I'll go with Monopoly.
Snooze_uk: Modern Art. Hahaha.
