I'm not pro-marijuana at all, but I think it's less harmful than other recreational drugs that are currently legal, and it has legitimate medical uses. The drug war, especially as conducted against marijuana, is a wasteful, ridiculous travesty.

AlorielLelyn: There are more dangerous drugs available for sale (alcohol for example). Still though, I would rather see a decline in drug usage, than the increase we would see if pot was legalized.
