MartinWin: To be able to use an additional dimension (and by that I don't mean time, I mean a fourth room dimension). With this ability I could disappear, I could pass through walls, and I could make unsolvable knots in rubber bands. I could even transform your right shoe into a left one if I don't like you..
Felimid: Teleportation (of any size/weight).
the manatee: The ability to read/write/speak any language that I wanted to as well is I can in English.
Corran Horn: Time travel. That would be totally awesome.

Woelf: Telekinesis - it's by far the most useful for day-to-day tasks, and it can be used to great effect both offensively and defensively. Plus, if you want to fly or have super-strength, all it takes is a little creative use of your power.
