DHEK: I've not traded and I doubt I will be, so the burden of choice is out of my hands. But if I had to I'd use the cheapest one, or the one that offers the best value for price and speed.
Thundergoat: I've found UPS to be the best and most reliable courier for just about everything.

CortexBomb: Well, I deal exclusively with the USPS, and it's because of my convenient access to them. I've lived most of my life in a small town where hitting the post takes only a few minutes and where I know the staff. I also have traditionally dealt in a lot of small stuff, which the post excels at doing cheaply. As a result, I also deal with them for larger stuff even if their rates are about par for the course.
