Nemuril: The attack in the episode "The Hand of God" of Battlestar Galactica.
Jatoha: Well probably star wars something, but I was most scared by the Borg.
Woelf: The Battle of Endor (Death Star II) is a classic. BSG has tons of great smaller ones, the one near the end of Serenity was really good, and even Star Trek has pulled a few great ones (Wolf 359, etc.)
Voodooshoes: Return of the Jedi battle for the Death Star... or Maybe the New Star Trek with the destruction of the Kelvin. I mean they had bodies floating in space for crying out load. They never show that in like say Wraith of Khan.
Felimid: The one near the end of "Return of the Jedi" (near Endor: rebel spaceships vs. imperial spaceships).
