¿Question #1805?
djflippy: You are hosting a 5-hour Game Night for four players. What games do you play?

sag0016: 7 Wonders and Small World.

Woelf: As many as possible.
Spirit of 70: Descent
Jatoha: whatever they want!
Lardarse: Ricochet Robots, Hare & Tortoise, Carcassonne, Dominion, and something light to finish.
Roosterfish: lots of variables to consider but either a wargame (5 hours straight) or a bunch of quick games such as mystery rummy (etc.)
thesedarkdice: Shadows over Camelot, San Juan, Alhambra, Taluva, Bootleggers, For Sale and Colossal Arena
DOCTORSLIME: Most likely an RPG, or advanced board game
shteev: Perudo, Caylus, Carcassonne, Puerto Rico, Tichu, and I'd have Jenga on standby.
Hector Vortac: San Juan, Ra, Caylus, Louis XIV, wrap with What Were You Thinking?
gmcash: Oh sorry, did you ask a question, I was just drooling over the thought of a 5-hour game night, would love to experience that some day
projectmatter: apples to apples, imaginiff, ad liners, uno attack and depending on my company maybe spin the pickle
jpat: Depends on whether these people are gamers or not. With nongamers, I think a lot of the standard gateway games work really well--Settlers, TtR, and the like. Bohnanza is good. I like Ingenious either as partners or as four individuals.
kingmaker fan: Kingmaker
DHEK: Whatever games I have and feel like playing on that night.
karstenengelmann: Shattered States

onky: Twilight imperium.
arkibet: Bridge and Tichu; Powergrid and Amun-Re; Frank's Zoo, Shadow of the Emperor, Cloud 9
biggdork: Carcassonne, Wizard, Battle Line/Lost Cities, Formula De. Unless they are wargames, then it is two games of ASL!

dietevil: Iron Dragon
Big BabOOn: probably only one game. Die Macher?
jcarvin: Age of Steam, Colossal Arena, and Fairy Tale
Blacknightjj: pirates cove and ticket to ride.
neuya: puerto rico + princes of florence + many beers...
sdonohue: Something new, then probably MidEvil or Munchkin
POvidiusNaso: Depends on the players. If they're hardcore gamers, we'll play In the Shadow of the Emperor, Maharaja, and Goa.
brainrob: SoE, Volldampf, Power Grid
ststrat: Euphrat and Tigris, Web of Power, Shadowfist
Hossen: Arkham Horror/Twilight Imperium
TheBoch: Heroscape and D & D
Myszka: AH Civilization
bobthemundane: Pinochle, Catan (plus variants), Blokus, Fearsome floors, and maybe Mu and more if time permits.
Jazx: Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan, Puerto Rico, Rook
ZombyDawg: I never know
_Kael_: Shogun. Do we play slow?
Malacoda: Ingenious, Blokus, Survive! & Fearsome Floors

scriptorum: Depends on the folks playing.
ssmooth: Hmm, didn't I just do this question yesterday? Well, we'll play all different games today. Saint Petersburg, Goldland, Blokus, Marrakesh, MarraCash, Password, and Hansa.
Agrajag: Rue Morgue, Tichu, Princes of Florence, For Sale (you figure it out)
Regault: Warhammer Quest
mrbeankc: Britannia and Circus Maximus are my favorite 4 player games.
Debate: Die Macher is currently dying to get a run...
mrsquiet: True Colors, Catchphrase, Settlers, Mexican Train (in that order)
Mike A: If it were today, Samurai and Trias. Other than that, whatever everybody else wants.
leece: Settlers Great Wall, Serennissima, Ticket to Ride: Europe and Primordial Soup. Or Britannia.

WasQ: Catan, Hansa, Carcassonne, Citadels, Quicksand. These for a light gaming night.
louiseh: Attika, Wallenstein, something quick.
hobbes_inc: spades
2amp: AD&D
KnobDoctor: Depends. Are the other three bikini girls?
The Unbeliever: 42
mandj2001: Bohnanza, Bang, Puertero Rico, Citadels
puffinge: right now Boomtown, Ticket to Ride:Europe, Ingenious, Carcassone:the City and Cluzzle.
Sceadeau: Settlers x2 (1.5 total), Puerto Ricox2 (1 each), T&E (1.5) in that order.

toulouse: Age of Steam and Ys
kennyb: games i own...or would like to own
heli: let's hope several that are to the taste of everyone in the group
dakarp: Just because these are the new games I have, Neuland, maybe Reef Encounter, maybe Das Zepter von Zavandor (no time for all three). If there is time, maybe a little Tichu at the end.
thoia: This would apply to my group only and something like this would definitely be group specific as some games go over with certain people and some don't. Start w/Hex Hex get the hatred going quickly. Move to Boomtown, throw down a game of Carcassonne or Settlers, Maybe pull off a TTR wrap with Pirate's Cover. If there are players sitting out any of the games or too many players to play those or even a little extra time, some good fillers for this night might include Spite & Malice, Fightball, Obalistig or Zertz.
MisterCranky: Was Sticht? then Die Macher
garea37: Goa, Puerto Rico, Diamant, Attika
darthcliff: Twister

skelebone: Goa, Settlers, Oltremare, and two others, perhaps McMulti if time allows.
Blackwind: you time your game nights?
CortexBomb: Assuming everyone is experienced in both: Macher and Princes of Florence
Spielfreak: I wanna try Manifest Destiny.
CDRodeffer: Attack! plus expansion
