¿Question #1842?
[Deleted user]: [deleted question]

old hat: yes
Wibblenut: Yup
hoojii: No.
DHEK: Nope. It is not in my nature to do something sneaky like that and the people I play with (and teach the games to) know this so even if I forget a rule they know it's unintentional.
compman: I've forgotten a few rules in my day but they are always honest mistakes. I can't stand cheating or cheaters. I would rather lose than win dishonorably.
aleo09: no, i do forget to mention rules on occassion, and then i feel bad when the topic comes up
_Kael_: all the time - very annoying
ZiggyZambo: no
jeffwolfe: no
The_GDI: nope
djflippy: No
dmomo: No. That's just lame.
hoffcorp: Yes.
Roja: I probably have been accused of this yes... But we still blame one of my former roommates for not mentioning that money is not needed in the last round (7) in Die Macher. We saved lots of money to have some influence, while he had spent it all in round 6... He still claims that he said it. He was the only one to remember it!
brainrob: No
sidkuhn: hasn't everyone?
Musti: Regulary. Just because I'm always appointed to explain the rules and tend to bring smaller rules in later in the game.
WalkerRedEye: yes to my shame
ciscokidnj: who me?
vampywife: no, i'm usually the one getting the rules explained.
orodreth: no way
Avatar_69: Never accused, no. I've certainly forgotten to tell people rules though
vetinari7878: Often, but I never do it on purpose.
Chris Page: Not seriously.
Gwahlur: Yes, I´ve been accused of that. But most of them really were mistakes in my part.
Phuntom: Yes
nerotora: Never seriously. But I always manage to miss some rules unintentionally, no matter how simple the game is!
WatchmanX2000: yes
MeYesMe: Yes. Like there'd be any satisfaction in beating an uninformed newbie. Gah.
Loquutus: boogers
fubar awol: Yes, becuase I often only provide the minimum to get started and then add rules right before they become relevant. It keeps non-gamers eyes from glazing over during the rules explanation.
bigbadsteve: umm, no, of course not! never! i wouldnt do that
korppu: Yes
ZombyDawg: Yes. That's what budding rules lawyers do when you are first teaching them games.
LemonyFresh: Yes
Bandit Ripshawd: All the time... cause I usually forget a big one (longest route in TtR)
DaGen: yeah, some ppl have accused me of that.. But I have a good lawyer
DeSangre: Of course, but I hope they were ALL joking.
chrisisapimp: whats up with the dumb questions
POvidiusNaso: I have and will be.
Redneon: No
dave45: Yes
MochaKimono: I've been ACCUSED, but it wasn't on purpose.
MisterCranky: Not me, but I know jchunko is guilty of this!! Get him!!!
jellospike: not really, but I've been accused of remembring weird rules that helped me (especially on war of the ring)
javelin98: Yep.
TaliaIsabelle: Most definitely. Especially when half-way through Settlers someone tried to build a City out of thin air (i.e., not replacing an exisiting settlement)
Longbow: Yes, in jest (I hope...I would never knowingly do that).
Suzan: yes
puffinge: jokingly maybe.
sourwyrm: i'm not the one who explains the rules, usually
Android: Nope, but I have been accused of suggesting a move to new players that benefits me...
erli: I know someone like that!
mrbeankc: No
TMJJS: accused, but haven't done intiatially
heli: n

djlg: No.
skrutsch: No, but I've accused my husband of something similar.
Ryno8: Yes.
BaSL: yes, but I really really really forgot! Really!

Sceadeau: No, and I pride myself on that.
scriptorum: Yeah, but only in jest.
2amp: probably, i can't remember
jens_hoppe: Sure. Never have done so intentionally, however...
tragicpoet: Yes, explaning M:TG
Windopaene: No. I try to "pre-mention" rules that might have that effect during the explanation. Of course when I remind people they are like..."Oh well that changes things"
Belash: yes. but i cheat frequently so it's ok
Gecko23: Yes. And then I forgot to ask their paranoid selves to ever come back.
snoozefest: no
jmagnini: no
Cal Mac: Yes, and always by people who can never be bothered to READ THE BLOODY RULES themselves.

CDRodeffer: Yes
gnomehome: No
DenverWolf: Many times. I'm just absent-minded.
AlorielLelyn: I don't recall being accused of it... but I have forgotten pleanty of rules while teaching, then remembered when a situation arises...
isolated: Pretty much everytime I teach a game to newbie players.
chaddyboy_2000: Yes, I get accused just about every time I forget about a rule.
CortexBomb: Yes, but only by people who I never would game with again anyway
