diehard4life: Settlers of Catan, in all of its forms. Far too chance based for my taste. Even with initial decisions to be made which can impact ones fate, and others during gameplay, if your numbers aren't rolled you lose. (I once went an entire game without a nine being rolled, and I set myself up on two of them)
