It's the internet HOME of many people around who are so into boardgames, that they view fellow geeks as borthers and sisters! This way they feel they can ask anything, not just boardgame related stuff. A good thing, isn't it? :-)

WatchmanX2000: sure, it's more a facility of entertainment than a game question tool for solving problems with rules interpretations. The point is as entertainment, it is a game unto itself in which people vent some of their free association, let loose some of their silliness, and avoid being stuffy, overly serious, starched shirts without any imagination of their own, escaping from the mindless doltishness of being too serious to let loose, open up, and have real fun. In short, it's another kind of social game you twit, get over it.
