shumyum: Sort of. The only time I ever got arrested, it was in Illinois, and we got thrown into a paddy wagon. Above the inside of the door of the "hatch", somebody had previously plastered a bumper sticker that said "Escape to Wisconsin". We laughed...but we opted for jail.
