And yes, I noticed that misspelt word in your second question, which I suspect was simply asked just to test us with regard to your first question.

ellephai: I would never contact the person about it, though I have been known to give snippy responses targeting the spelling, grammar, or punctuation of the question. I think the etiquette should be that people whose native language is English take the trouble to use it properly, people whose native language is not English do the best they can, and the former exercise tolerance toward the latter. Also, the questions with genuine errors provide enough annoyance--the constant procession of other defective questions written in deliberate mockery of those questions is getting pretty old.
