katlibrary: Galaxy trucker, the entire rule book is hilarious, but I can't dredge up the funniest rule on the spot, and the game is like five steps away in the cupboard, and I am just too tired to go look it up!

In case of a tie, the wisest player of the group begins the game."

Chris Page: That wasn't intentionally funny? It's Mine, where the winner is the first to win two chips (independent rounds). Then in alternate ways to play, the rules say, "For longer game, play to three chips." Hmmm. Maybe you had to be there when it was being taught.
