¿Question #2173?
[Deleted user]: [deleted question]

dogzard: I would, if I also could have the largest collection of $$$
ZiggyZambo: me
DHEK: I dunno. But I think whoeverhas the most probably is on BGG. I don't know about the Sid Sackson factoid though.
aleo09: not sure.
presence: I guess that means that I'm out of the running. Imagine how many of that collection were poor or mediocre games. Yeuck.
Chris Page: There's a board game museum in Germany somewhere. In the U.S., I think it's the Davises.
ronster0: what!?! Sid Sackson died?
PsyJam: Is this a question or a fact?
Reloaded: I dunno... but they need an intervention right now. Quick, get a fleet of U-hauls gassed up!
Capitaine Grappin: Essen organisators?
heli: My guess: (1) Deutsche Spiel-Archiv; (2) the Cassans of Austria; (3) James & Sheila Davis
Beelzebub: I'd be interested to know
SybotCB: Not me
vampywife: yikes...that's a lot of games. i'm not sure who is the leading game owner now.
Big Bad Lex: Sid Sacksons Son?
dwarf: I don't know.
Loquutus: dunno.
bigbadsteve: i dont think its me
Tushratta: I guess that means he won.
Cavedog_pdx: I don't know of anyone who has an exact count I think they're all estimates.
javelin98: I sure don't.
GuyHill: no idea
POvidiusNaso: Shit, I don't know, and I ain't gonna look it up.
scriptorum: The owner of Funagain.com.
CharlieWonka: I have no clue
Johan: According to my wife it is me... :P
Belash: not me
skrutsch: Not me.
Flodjo: Boy, i wish i had been his heir...
kennyb: inconcievable....sound like an urban myth to me
AdamT: Maybe Frank Branham?
The Unbeliever: 42
sumo: There are some German collectors who get well into the 10,000+ category. Would like to know myself.
2amp: should be able to look that up in top 10 lists?
Musti: I have no clue
ValJor: I have no idea. I think I read somewhere about a collection of 5,000 games. Personally I think anything bigger than 200 is just too much.
Lord_Prussian: I'd like to know as well
SwedeLad: I do. You might have seen some of my collection. I like to store my games in hobby shops, scattered throughout the country.
snoozefest: don't know
Karlsen: I'm not telling
erli: puffinge is the one I know. He doesn't throw away games and he's only a geek in spirit. He's really just a puffin in disguise.
MisterCranky: Bah, who cares. I stopped at 1200 and I know people with four and five times as many as that.
gnomehome: Deutsche Spiel-Archiv
UhhhClem: I know that the Davises' collection is bigger than that, though I don't know that theirs is the biggest.
toulouse: Then I guess it would be Sid Sackson's estate.
sos1: Around 1997 Darwin Bromley (founder of Mayfair Games) told me he had over 15,000 games. Darwin didn't claim it was a record, but that's the largest I've heard of.
Blackwind: on the geek or in the world? It's easy to find here...but who knows in the world.
AlorielLelyn: I heard it was closer to 18,000 but that's kind of a mute point since he's dead. Without a doubt, I'd say it was him till his death. It's hard to say who has the most now.
chaddyboy_2000: Alan How seems to have a lot.
djlg: No idea. Probably. Really?
jttm: Whoever is the richest among us.
CDRodeffer: The Library of Congress probably has quite a collection.
skelebone: It's certainly not me.
