PolarDad: Had a simple dinner...huge sweet potato topped with butter and salt. Yum! You ever make a meal out of a sweet potato?

Fribian: Not sweet potato, but I have with a big old yam. Some people say sweet potato meaning yam though, but I think there's a difference. I never really liked real sweet potatoes much. I got to watch my salt these days so I don't blow a gasket somewhere.
pricero1: I'd regard it as lunch rather than dinner, but they can be pretty good.
