¿Question #220340?
MABBY: Did you know that "Canadian" is a standard pizza offering on most pizza menus in Canada (including US chains like Dominos, Little Caesars, Papa John, Pizza Hut)? What toppings do you think are on it?
pricero1: It can't compensate for the fact that the Hawaiian pizza was invented in Canada.
MABBY: For the record, Phil got one ingredient correct. It's Pepperoni, Bacon, Mushroom (and cheese). Usually Canadian Bacon, but sometimes smoked ham crumbles (cheapskates).
oriecat: Ham and a Tim Horton's maple donut.
rayzg: As a Canadian, I will refrain from answering this question. But as I live in Quebec, you'll see "Québécoise" in place of "Canadian."
Woelf: The pizza sauce is replaced with maple syrup.
Phil%20Fleischmann: I assume Canadian bacon, or "back bacon", as I think you might call it. When I was a kid, I lived in Hawaii for a while, and Hawaiian pizza usually included Canadian bacon and pineapple. Lately, Hawaiian seems to mean simply ham and pineapple.
