oriecat: What's your favorite kinda squash? I generally go for acorn, but the butternut I just had was pretty epic.

MABBY: Spaghetti squash is OK if it isn't overcooked. Butternut is the most consistently decent.
oriecat: I didn't realize people actually like spaghetti squash, I hate that stuff.
RealGuest: Butternut is great. Buttercup can be even better.
rayzg: +1 for spaghetti squash. Pumpkin in the form of pumpkin pie would be my second choice.

PolarDad: Crooked neck summer squash...sliced, dredged, rolled in seasoned cornmeal, and deep fried.
