TomTi89: Is Rue pronounced the way I think it is? Like roo? If so, can we call Rue's rooftop terrace a Rueftop terrace?

rayzg: You have to tighten your lips more for "ue" as opposed to when you pronounce "oo" -- assuming you are referring to a French road. If it's a feeling of remorse, then "rue" does sound like "roo."
Woelf: I can't think of any other obvious ways to pronounce that. "RU" could become "Are you", but that doesn't work as well with the "e" on the end.
