TomTi89: I came under fire from a manager yesterday. Shocked and confused me. Lost for words. Colleague somehow read my mind, knew my reasoning, even though it was wrong, used my reasoning herself (not putting those words in my mouth), took the hit herself, and then politely told me where I'd gone wrong. Very, very appreciative of that!
