¿Question #220707?
pricero1: What additional type of indicator would you like to see on cars?

Woelf: A "going straight" indicator could be useful at intersections or places where a single lane can go two or more different ways, but without some way to know which way the driver will actually go, it could cause more harm than good. A "straight" indicator when the car will actually turn is worse than no signal at all. (Incidentally, about a week ago a semi rolled over near an intersection nearby, and based on the location and the skid pattern, I'm 99% sure that semi driver swerved and spared the life of some almost-obliterated moron who made an abrupt, un-signaled turn right in front of them.)
TomTi89: A shockingly low number of people use the left indicator at roundabouts. I'd like to see them learn how to, please. Failing that, some kind of "going straight on" indicator would be nice, so that, if I don't see a right or straight on indication, I know they're turning left :P
