¿Question #220913?
BOBBYCAN: I'm going to make a vegetarian lasagna for some friends, and will throw some spinach in there, but what other kinds of non-meat stuff should I use?
RealGuest: Olives, mushrooms, peppers, onions, kale or other greens
MABBY: Can't go wrong with mushrooms. Artichokes (not pickled, get the canned ones that are in water) add texture and a bit of flavour. Tree branches, of course.
oriecat: Grated carrots and zucchini are often nice in lasagna.
Tim%20Synge: Aubergines. Courgettes. Anything that sounds French, really.
pricero1: Large mushrooms or beans.
PolarDad: Mindy! We need you!
BOBBYCAN: Pasta: Check
Woelf: Large noodles/pasta.
