freechinanow: Last week hackers installed ransomware on our city’s subway and transportation line. Certain systems are still not working. When was the last time hackers seriously effed with you or your city?

Fribian: Pffft! Always something stupid going on here. I can remember years ago they thought people were randomly shooting along the freeways. Turned out to be big gravel pieces flicking up off the roads and breaking windows when a tire would hit the rocks just right.
sparkous: It is a slightly different situation, but recently a group stole 300 meters of copper cable : as a result the highway was completely closed and for a long time.
