There have been stories written about it, songs sung about it, it was even on the radio! But NO! Were we taught about in school? NO! Why is it never mentioned in the media? Why didn't my grandparents ever talk about it? It's just been swept under the carpet! The one person who told the truth, someone called Wells, was murdered by government agents, and his testimonials were debunked as delusional fiction! Come on! Can't you SEE IT! I mean H.G. Wells - the H.G has to mean "Huge Green Blobs" doesn't it! Why else have those initials?

Phil%20Fleischmann: It's way too much work to start a conspiracy. You have to gather a bunch of people together, and they all have to have exactly the same goals and agree on methods. It's hard enough just getting six people to agree on pizza toppings. Even once you've got the people together and made all your plans, it takes a heck of a lot of work and time to do everything you need, all while keeping it a secret. And there really isn't much to gain even if you succeed.
