RavingLoon: So, I live in the fourth largest (by size) county in VA. Across that size, we have one high school. We are having a Christmas parade in our largest town today, about ten miles from our high school. There will be three marching bands there from neighboring counties, but our high school won't even be able to field any sort of band for our own event. How pathetic is that?
