RealGuest: Do you eat the leafy tops of your celery stalks?

pricero1: I only use celery when I make chicken stock, and then I do use the leaves too.
MABBY: Not exactly. I cut them up and add them to my turkey stuffing, however.
PolarDad: I avoid celery completely unless doing middle school science experiments teaching about xylem and phloem.
Woelf: For the sake of consistency, I don't eat any part of the celery.
