pricero1: Yes, but I prefer that the heads are used to make a powerful stock for a seafood soup.

PolarDad: Yes but I didn't get much so I cracked open the head and used a fork to pull out the "brains" and eat them. I later found out that it wasn't really a brain. Wasn't very special anyway...but...yes, been there, done that.
