PolarDad: Adam, we have "pacing calendars" that tell us how many days we have to teach certain lessons/standards. I'm quite a bit behind in 7th grade as I am teaching a new subject for the first time in 7 years. Do you all use something similar?

freechinanow: Sorta kinda? We do long range planning together in grade teams, but as long as we finish everything by the next reporting period, we have a good deal of flexibility in terms of timelines for specific strands.
