PolarDad: I think we will have salad and pizza for dinner tonight? What dressing do you prefer on your salad and what topping would you want on your pizza?

Woelf: I'll take double pizza, hold the salad. Sausage, pepperoni, lots of cheese. Green peppers and onions would be appreciated but are not mandatory.

BOBBYCAN: The only correct answer to this is Blue Cheese and everything except pineapple and those little fishes.
mr3d: Pizza toppings: more cheese. Salad dressing: olive oil and vinegar with a little pinch of salt.
RealGuest: Pepperoni and blue cheese. Either could be on either.
RavingLoon: Heh, I had pizza last night and shall have salad tonight. For dressing I usually use a vidalia onion vinaigrette, but barring that other vinaigrettes are usually good as well. On pizza I usually get sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
