PolarDad: Daughters #3 and 4 both got jobs in the last month. One is working in retail. One is working at a restaurant. What was your first job?

Woelf: I worked at a grocery store for a few years during high school. Mostly just stocking shelves, so I didn't have to deal with customers directly very often.
pricero1: Depends on what you mean by job. First regular paid thing was being a paperboy.
RavingLoon: First actual job with a paycheck, reported income, etc? An internship of sorts at the local tax preparer's office when I was 15.
imyourskribe: Box office at a movie theater. I moved to projection booth after a bit. That was such a cool job.
