¿Question #223014?
PolarDad: If you walk into the computer section of Best Buy, do you need to ask questions or do you know more than the staff?

RealGuest: Most often both
imyourskribe: In the past 10 years I’ve walked into the computer section at Best Buy precisely once to purchase a laptop for my daughter at the beginning of the ‘VID. I don’t think anybody even approached us to offer help, so I can’t be certain.
Woelf: I don't walk into Best Buy without knowing exactly what I want/need. The only reason to talk to an employee at all is to get pointed in the right direction if it's in a non-obvious location, or to run through paperwork for a higher-end purchase (like when we bought a new washer and dryer last year).
rayzg: I can't ever find anything at Best Buy, so I always have to ask staff.
