pricero1: By reading.
rayzg: I waited all night in the emergency waiting room once. I read two entire books off my eReader. (Tip, never, never go to a Canadian emergency room unless you are really about to die.)
Woelf: Internet and/or read books.
Fribian: I pass it by watching what's going on around me.
