oriecat: Yup, and I use them a lot now to help me get to sleep.
Woelf: Not on purpose, but yes. The definition of what counts as "ASMR" seems extremely broad, and while some of it makes sense, there's a lot of weird shit too.
PolarDad: I looked one up when I first heard of it but I found it annoying.

TomTi89: Yes. I've used several when studying. Mostly background noise ones, like library noises, coffee shop noises with music, snowstorm, etc. Calms my mind a bit and helps me focus.
