mattomaw: Up the road, past the Belisha beacons, turn left up Wiggleworth Ave, across the muddy patch of grass, then right, right, third left, cut across the 16th fairway of the posh golf course ( you have to cross two barbed wire fences for this), go to the end of Baggledeboodle Road and the Sinclair offices are on the right.
