¿Question #223939?
Fribian: Where have you played board games that wasn't your home, or someone else's home?
Derang3d: Played Bluff in a Bus stop with two lasses I never saw before or since. FLGS counts as home, right?
TheGrimReeple: Hospital, bush shack (cabin in the woods, for the Americans), train, bus, car, library, FLGS, cafe, club, camping, school, uni, pub, cafeteria, court (not actually in court, in the "sit around and wait" portion of jury selection), ag show, scout halls, church halls, council halls, I forget what else halls, parks. Technically, I suppose an airbnb rental is someone else's home, but might still fit the spirit of the question.
MABBY: On a cruise ship, and outdoors while camping
Jedadeana: Brewery, restaurant, mall, library, school, and a church
Fribian: airplanes, restaurants, court yards
Grimsalt: Randolph's board game pub in Montreal. Only the one time, and with good reason.
pwilz: Conventions, game stores, church annexes, restaurants, bars
rayzg: Essen Spiel, hotel near Essen Spiel, GenCon, hotel near GenCon, the Botanical Gardens, various parks, cafes, bars, trains, cards, airplaines, cafeteria at a university, rented cottage, and a local library.
Ruesailmana: In a swimming pool, on a beach, in a park, in a bar/café/restaurant/pub, on an airport, in an airplane, in a train, at work...
oriecat: On the beach in Greece.
Woelf: Hotels, B&Bs, airports, a few conventions.
