Grimsalt: I wore makeup and fem clothes to the Pride Parade, on a dare from my lesbian friends. While getting there in public transport, two young delinquents started mocking me. If I’d reacted as an entitled hetero, it would have gotten real ugly - real fast. Instead I just let them stigmatize the person I presented as, while garnering newfound respect and admiration for everyday victims of hate. If I can own that, you can own anything.
0Shea0: I paraglided off a mountain once cause a guy said, "you want a turn?" No training, nothing I just put on the parachute and hucked myself of the mountain.....really dumb in retrospect.
