Woelf: It gets checked very carefully, but more than likely the rest of the loaf goes. Even if the rest doesn't have any visible mold yet, the potential for it in the immediate future jumps up significantly.
pricero1: I would consider keeping the part without mould / mold, but I'd inspect it carefully.
