mattomaw: Does the Irish phrase " The frost is all over" mean that the frost has gone and spring is here, or that frost is everywhere and winter is setting in?

TomTi89: Have you tried asking Ireland? England can't help you here, I'm afraid. At least not this part. Maybe somewhere up north might use that expression, but not in these here parts...
