PolarDad: To be completely honest, I'm not leaving where I am because of our parents. My mom and my in laws moved to my present town several years after we did. I pan on being here until they pass. After that, the only obstacles are the distance to my kids (I assume will be grown and independent) and my wife's strong aversion to the cold.
