TomTi89: Are you good at remembering jokes, or is your humo[u]r more reactive and ad-hoc?

Grimsalt: I used to put the effort into remembering elaborate setup jokes - but that was when I had larger family (audience) and we'd sit around a campfire (ambiance). One thing is true across all Humanity : flames certainly inflame the story teller within us all - smokers usually tell the best stories, maybe because we light-up every half hour or so... pwilz: 27 years or so ago, fantasy writer Steven Brust and I spent the evening swapping dirty jokes. That was a pretty good evening.
BOBBYCAN: I like boob jokes. Even when they're about Matt's boobs.
Woelf: I rarely remember good jokes that can stand on their own. Most of the funny stuff I do remember requires additional context or setup that is completely lost when retelling it to someone who doesn't already know the background.
pricero1: I'm not good at remembering jokes and if I do remember them, then I'm not good at telling them.
