Grimsalt: I used to be that guy. From personal experience, people who are late usually have trouble setting down limits / boundaries, because they don't value themselves. Ironically, people on the other end usually feel insulted, take it personally, make it about themselves, and proceed to further destroy the late person's self-worth. It's a vicious cycle : once a person arrives late, they usually get later and later, because people are too self-centered to see past their own (un)importance.
