Woelf: There is absolutely zero chance of it happening if you vote R. The odds of it happening if you vote D aren't much better, but only because you're in California which already leans heavily that way. It doesn't do anything to improve things in other states where people will automatically vote against their own best interests because certain minorities might also benefit, and they can't possibly allow that.
