Woelf: I'd be extremely wary of anyone selling something like that unless you can somehow get them to send it to you before you pay for it, but if they're buying and the payment they send is legit, it might be okay.
RavingLoon: As RG said. I didn't create my account to buy something, but I had almost zero activity when I first did.
RealGuest: I'm pretty sure I started my first account to do a transaction in the marketplace. It might not be a bogus account.
