imyourskribe: It doesn't mean anything, but then it doesn't have to. Outside of Disney films, wildcats can't speak/understand English. If it is, indeed, effective at catching a tiger, the fact that it's gibberish is inconsequential.
kswingruber: Mo was one of the four Three Stooges; Meenie is obviously the one that was always hitting people. I can't really remember the other two's names, but by the process of elimination they are obviously Miney and Eenie!
