TomTi89: Something I will never forget, from a previous job, was when a colleague was physically threatened. It was an argument over a girl, if I recall correctly. This other person lifted my colleague up against the wall. Then I hear "you're lucky I'm in uniform". That seemed to de-escalate it, but it was delivered in such a matter-of-fact way, while remaining aggressive. So Matt, you're lucky I'm in my scrubs. Wait, you say I'm not? I'm at home and in my normal clothes? Ah, shit!
