TomTi89: I tried looking up some local by byelaws [very local laws in the UK] and had a boring time reading about hairdressers and barbers. All the regulations were sensible. Sigh.
Grimsalt: In Canada : The Preventing Persons from Concealing Their Identity during Riots and Unlawful Assemblies Act (Bill C-309) passed in 2013. It's kind of a moot point since Covid.
