PolarDad: Why can't turkey taste better?

TomTi89: A lot of people make it very dry, but it doesn't have to be that way.
Jedadeana: It tastes better when re-made and mixed with other things (like as Italian meatballs, or pepperoni, etc). I make a really good "Thanksgiving meatloaf" and recently started a more normal meatloaf version too with a garlic chili sauce topper that's very yummy. Turkey pot pie is fine too.... but yeah... turkey left as just turkey? Bleah
