TomTi89: So they're wanted specifically by the FBI and not any of the British agencies, or Interpol? That does make this a little harder. Let me have a think. We have a couple of people [living in different flats] who always seem to want to actually kill each other. Perhaps one has tried ordering some kind of weapon from an American website?
