rayzg: Do you still use a screensaver for your computer? My screen now just shuts off.

Woelf: I have one set, but for whatever reason it doesn't usually work. Some other Windows process keeps blocking it or resetting the timer. Years ago I had a Star Wars screen saver set that had all sorts of cool options. The best was one where Jawas appeared and started stealing icons from the desktop.
pricero1: It does make you wonder why they ever had them. They were fun at the time.
Chris%20Page: Now I just strap toasters to drones and display the footage in the screen background.
freechinanow: Screen savers were a most unfortunate casualty in the face of progress. You could buy full software packages of screensavers back in the day. They were a big deal!
