Woelf: Probably repaint some of the walls.
rayzg: Someone did that, bought the apartment building in which I'm living. The new owners renovated the appartment in which they wanted to live (which is fortunately not my apartment).
TomTi89: I hope they would give me a house in exchange. I think they would change some of the colours I decided on. I am no longer to choose colours.
